Eric Rodgers, MA, LPC, NCC, CMAC, BC-TMH, BCC, has over six years at the forefront of men’s mental health; he has dedicated himself to not only coaching and counseling but also empowering others through training and public speaking engagements. His educational foundation includes a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, a graduate diploma in coaching psychology, and a collection of notable certifications: board-certified coach, nationally certified counselor, and mental health first aid instructor.

At present, he proudly leads as the CEO of Just For Men Behavioral Health, an organization dedicated to delivering holistic and research-driven services tailored for men from varied backgrounds. Concurrently, he wears the hat of COO at LPCA, standing up for the interests and professional growth of licensed counselors in Georgia. A significant portion of his role involves designing and implementing training programs, ensuring that our teams and the larger community remain updated with best practices.
